Hi, I'm Priscilla!

I support women in reconnecting with themselves through conversation and body awareness. Our conversation begins with a resonance call that will determine if we both feel a yes to work with each other. Once you're ready to move forward, we can schedule our one-hour session or package at a frequency that works for you. During these sessions, the focus will be on you, your intentions, and everything involved in our inquiry and conversation. 

 

About Me 

My journey into the healing arts began with a deep curiosity about humans. How we think, why we behave the way we do, and what shapes our inner world. This exploration led me into the fields of psychology, energy healing, and bodywork. For twelve years, I’ve worked as a massage therapist, learning how the body holds emotion, memory, and deepening the capacity to support another in their healing. 

Drawn by this understanding of the mind–body connection, I began studying Compassionate Inquiry® three years ago as a way to more deeply explore how early experiences shape our present lives. I was inspired by Dr. Gabor Maté’s work and felt called to learn an approach that honors both emotional and somatic wisdom. My training has supported me in developing a trauma-informed, compassionate presence that helps clients reconnect with themselves in a gentle and meaningful way.

Compassionate Inquiry® is a psychotherapeutic approach created by Dr. Gabor Maté over several decades while working with both patients and retreat participants. It was further developed into a training program by Sat Dharam Kaur ND. This approach gently uncovers and releases the layers of childhood trauma, constriction and suppressed emotion embedded in the body, that are at the root of mental and physical illness and addiction.

When clients perceive the therapeutic relationship as a safe container, compassion and curiosity allow them to acknowledge and examine the traumatic events that happened to them as children, recognize the beliefs they internalized, and feel the emotions they suppressed. This contributes to the healing process.  

Using Compassionate Inquiry®, both the individual and therapist unveil the level of consciousness, mental climate, hidden assumptions, implicit memories and body states that form the real message that words both express and conceal.
When we can release ourselves from the hold of these stories, a new way of being emerges, leading to spontaneity, choice, expansion and freedom.

 

Who I'm Looking to Work With

Women seeking deeper self-understanding, especially those navigating relationships, emotional overwhelm, or disconnection. I offer grounded, compassionate support for healing.

 

Offerings 

20 minute free resonance call - We will meet and connect to see if we resonate with each other to further our work together. 

75 minute session  $125 - A one-time session to support you in addressing whatever you need support with.  

4-pack of 60 minute sessions -  $400 - This package is designed to guide you in building a new or adding to a foundation of inner support with your intention. We will gently unknot patterns of thought/behavior and get more attuned to the direction you want to be/move in. Sessions to be used within 2-3 months. 

3 month coaching package-sessions a month for 60 minutes $600 - This will offer us more time and space to widen your capacity to move through any challenges that you need support with and/or desires you would like to see come to fruition. Includes between-session support via email or text. Optional voice notes or journaling prompts between sessions available by request.

1. What happens during a 1:1 session with Priscilla?

Each session is a guided, body-based therapeutic conversation using the Compassionate Inquiry approach. Together, we gently explore your current challenges, emotional patterns, and inner experiences, helping you gain clarity, grounding, and a deeper connection with your authentic self.

2. Do I need any experience with therapy or coaching to book a session?

Not at all. Whether you’re brand new to this type of work or already on a healing path, sessions are tailored to meet you exactly where you are—no preparation or prior experience needed.

3. What is Compassionate Inquiry and how does it help?

Compassionate Inquiry, developed by Dr. Gabor Maté, is a trauma-informed approach that uses somatic awareness and gentle inquiry to uncover and integrate unconscious patterns. It helps foster emotional clarity, self-understanding, and deeper self-compassion.

4. How should I prepare for my session?

Find a quiet space where you feel comfortable. Reflect gently on what you’re seeking support with, and arrive just as you are—no need to “fix” anything beforehand. Optional: sip some tea and take a few deep breaths.
