About Me

At the heart of my work lies the belief that improving connection - with oneself, with others, and with the systems we belong to - is crucial for  transformation.

My work focuses on supporting individuals, organizations, and professionals navigating transitions and embarking on personal growth journeys. I draw upon integrative approaches and a systemic perspective informed by Compassionate Inquiry, The Thinking Environment, Integral theory, different coaching approaches, family constellation work, and ancient Eastern traditions.

In my work with facilitation, leadership training, individual and group therapy/ coaching, I provide a safe space with deep levels of listening, curiosity, non-judgment, and care. My presence and atunnement allow you to navigate your nervous system, perceptions and beliefs and change behavioural patterns that no longer serve development. I am always amazed by witnessing my clients accessing their intuition, creativity, and inner wisdom, often leading to surprising insights and breakthroughs.

I look forward to being with you as a compassionate companion for your path.

Common questions

How do the sessions work?

Our sessions begin with building safety and connection. Once established, we will follow these guiding principles:

  1. You are encouraged to bring a specific intention to each session.
  2. I will seek your permission to interrupt when it's necessary to redirect attention to the present moment, bodily sensations, or emotions.
  3. I will closely observe your verbal and non-verbal cues, memories, and emotions to guide our discussions.
  4. The client determines how deep they want to dive in the session and can stop at any time.

Each session lasts between 60 to 75 minutes, and you may leave with actionable practices to support your growth between sessions.

What is different about yours and other therapy or coaching modalities?

My approach prioritizes your independent thinking. It's not about stimulating you intellectually but engaging you somatically and awakening the intelligence of the body, connecting it to mind. I provide a supportive space by being fully present and attuned, avoiding analysis or offering responses. This allows you to tap into your internal wisdom and discover your own solutions. I believe that when you connect with your highest Self, you inherently know what’s best for you. This process fosters independence; you are in control, guiding each session according to your needs and limits.

How many sessions do I need?

I recommend starting with regular weekly sessions. However, there is nominimum number of sessions, nor the need to schedule them at set intervals. As you learn to do your own self inquiry, you may discover what works best for you and choose the timing that feels right for you.

What to expect as a result from the sessions?

While specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed due to various factors, I have observed that intention, consistency, and discipline often lead to positive changes, such as:

  • Trauma Processing: Safe spaces to heal from past traumas, resulting in insights into their current impacts.
  • Integration of Experiences: Finding ways to integrate past experiences, leading to a sense of closure.
  • Improved Mental Health: Alleviating symptoms of anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions.
